Chime Solutions is headquartered in Morrow, Georgia- an under-resourced community 10 miles south of Atlanta. As commonly found in communities like Morrow, the local mall was on the decline. We built our flagship contact center there with the intention of revitalizing the community. Chime repurposed with a purpose, creating a modern, spacious contact center that heightened both pride and workforce development. Before you knew it, over 1,000 new jobs were created and The Multiplier Effect had begun.

We provide U.S.-based customer contact services for our clients in a wide range of industries, including financial services, insurance, health care and telecommunications.
